“Khahot was polite and professional, he arrived on time and kept me informed while he was on his way. The problem was a flat battery and he replaced it with a new one in 10 mins and had me back on the road. Thankyou very much for the brilliant service”

“What can I say I received excellent and very caring service from Patrol Kyri GF174 when I my steering wheel jammed while turning a corner on my way to work. Kavanage Patrol was constantly in touch with me to make that I was safe and help was on the way. He was very professional, introduced himself first before carrying all the necessary tests and found the fault which he then relayed to the my garage mechanic. I was accompanied to the garage of my choice in case and was followed by the patrol vehicle in case of breakdown and this made me feel very comfortable that help is behind me while I was driving to the garage. The fault was correct as my mechanic pointed out and I picked the care on the same day in the evening. So a big thank you for an excellent service.”

“Having had a problem with my call out yesterday when the patrol man couldn’t release my spare tyre,I called Green Flag again this morning. The 2nd patrolman arrived just before midday and left at 12.20 with the job done.No fuss.I am delighted with your service.”

“great service got a call from the mechanic within ten mins of my call and said he would be with me in 20mins in fact he was 15mins. got the problem sorted with a new battery at a good price. Lee Lewis was very helpful and very pleasant. would recommend green flag”

“K031. My car stopped on Sunday morning in middle of the road, I couldn't get it running again, technician Andrew (K031) from Kavanagh Rescue came he was very professional done a full diagnostics/tests and it was not repairable because it needs few parts and without any hesitation he said don't worry we will get you back home with your car safe as soon as possible, He towed my car and I was back home in couple of hours, very happy with service. Many thanks”

“Cannot fault the service received from Kavanagh Rescue. Received texts advising engineer's eta, his name and vehicle registration number. He arrived within the time advised and quickly diagnosed a fault with sensors. He advised me to drive the car, he would follow to ensure all was OK and to stop if the problem happened again. All was fine and we parted company with a thumbs up and a wave. All the staff were friendly and efficient.”

“The called to let me know how long they would be. The recovery driver then called to let me know he was just around the corner. All done within 25 minutes of first phone call. Back home in time to watch the apprentice.”

“Stranded by a dead car in Sainsbury's car park in the dark and heavy rain I called Green Flag who use Kavanagh in this area. I was told a technician would be with me within the hour and that I would be kept updated. I received a text and shortly after a telephone call from the technician ( I.D. SO39) giving me a much earlier time of arrival.. When he arrived he was a cheerful guy, despite the rain, and it took him about 10 minutes to diagnose a faulty connection to my starter motor. My Land Rover was running again within 50 minutes of my first call. The guy then patiently explained what my problem was and how I could set about a permanent repair at home in the dry. First class service and first class operative. I am well chuffed. Thank you”

“Your Technician JONATHAN,attended to my non starting car in Queens Hospital Car Park ROMFORD ESSEX , On 26/11/2019 .... he was 100% efficient ,Polite , and helpful, & went over & above his duties, my 94 year old Mother was in the car and JOHNATHAN even furnished her with a coat as she was feeling cold , he is a credit to all your customers & I thank him so much .... thank you Kavanagh Motors & JOHNATHAN ....
