“My car broken down. Steering locked as well. Recovery driver Jay KR092 was fantastic. I say 10/10. The way my car loaded on the truck with the steering lock on was very professional. Jay, the driver was very friendly and tried to help extra more than his normal duties.”

“GF124 Ben- He was a very polite and patient man. At the same time, very helpful and professional whilst explaing the car problems. His customers satisfaction was his upmost concern which I very much appreciated. His level of services are recommendedable. He is a very good representative of the company. I would highly suggest you train more people in his image. Thanks.”

“Called green flag, Kallum mp306 from Kavanagh came out phoned to tell me what time he would arrive, was early. Could not fix the problem, so Mark Kr206 was called with low loader, he brought me and dead car home, good job guys.Ron”

“Had a flat battery, called Green Flag. KPR192 contacted me to let me know he was on his way. Arrived about 30 mins later, went straigh to the car and started it with no problem. Very pleasant and informative, would recommend highly!”

“Great customer service and the engineer Andy GF108 arrived within the hour. He was really friendly and let me know as soon as he was on route and helped me get my car back up and running in no time at all. Even provided great advise on what to do in the future. Can't fault the service at all.”

“The telephone service was informative with regular updates about the whereabouts of the engineer. The engineer Matt KPR192 repaired my car promptly, courteously and efficiently. He explained exactly what the issue was and dealt with it all in about 25 minutes.”

“Kavanagh Motor Group attended my unresponsive car in mid-January 2019. The car was ok just the battery wasn't sparking and it had been sitting idle for a few weeks. I was kept fully informed of his eta as this was changed a couple of times, however, if I was stuck with a small child I would want my call dealt with straight away too! Stuart (kr094) came to start the car and he spent plenty of time with me to make sure it was in full working condition before he left. Excellent service, really pleasant and knowledgeable engineer, very happy customer! Thank you.”

“ref GF124-BPn arrived ahead of scheduled time which was a welcomed surprise. He spent a sensible and realistic amount of time trying to diagnose fault and confirmed the battery was ok. He then towed my car to my garage who later said it was the starter motor issue.It was a perfect experience, many thanks to the mechanic”

“The technician Daniel MP302 arrived within the time frame and diagnosed the fault quickly. A new battery was fitted at a very reasonable cost with minimal delay. The technician was friendly and helpful.”
