“Lost all power on the M20 and managed to get on to the slip road., called green flag and Keith KR238 was very efficient and polite. Got my car on the back of the lorry and to my destination in good time. Excellent service thank you.”

“Tyre blow out on a late Sunday afternoon on the M25, with a 4 hour journey in front of us life wasnt looking good! But I'm glad so say that in 40 minutes from my initial call we were on our way again. Les our patrol man, was very polite, professional and quick - a great service. Thank You!”

“Had a flat tyre on Fri morning. So Green flag sent Steve KPR19S from Kavanagh rescue. He was a great guy, very polite and helped me in getting a new tyre and fitting it in no time. Thank you”

“I called Green Flag because my car wouldn't start, the battery was obviously completely flat. Someone came in less than half an hour, charged it up, and discussed with me what I needed to do. He was very helpful and very efficient.”

“Called Greenflag due to puncture and a recent knee replacement. Main worry was I had to pick up grand child from school. They said Kavanagh would be with me in an hour and a half. Paul K504 phoned a short while later saying he would be with me in 10-15 minutes. An excellent service had me home before he was due to turn up. 5 star service. Thanks.”

“My car which I only purchased 5 weeks ago died on me at traffic lights in Maidstone town centre. I managed to limp it around the corner and called Green Flag. I was prepared to be sitting there for 2 or 3 hours but was pleasantly surprised when Tony from Kavanaghs rang to say he would be there in half hour which he was. By this time car was running again but he escorted me back to my home address in case of a recurrence. Very knowledgable, polite and professional. 5 stars. Thanks Tony. John Neill”

“I had a problem with my car and called Green Flag at about 5 o'clock the girl at the call centre was helpful and said that someone would be out by 8 o'clock. Within half an hour Kavanagh Motors turned up, the guys name was Engin he was brilliant, politie, easy to talk to, professional and very efficient. I could not have had better service, thanks Engin .”

“We had a puncture on our car whilst towing our caravan through central London. The service was excellent and our engineer rang and chatted to us then arrived exactly when he anticipated to. He was able to conduct a roadside repair and we could continue our homeward journey of 180 miles without issue. Fantastic advice and reassurance. Highly recommended.”

“Our čar would not start so we booked a rescue via green flag and were informed that a Kavanagh rescue vehicle would attend. The whole process was very efficient and I received a phone call from Kallum confirming what the app had told us that he would be with us in 30 minutes. In fact he arrived early and what a charming and polite man he was. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our car and although the fault was a minor one and immediately sorted out, Kallum gave us several very helpful tips to stop the same problem reoccurring. He made sure that the car would restart again before processing our paperwork. This was our first time using green flag and if we have a rescue vehicle from Kavangh again we will be more than happy.”

“I have had to use my Green flag recovery twice now and on both times the communication has been very good, from start to finish. Giving me an approximate time of arrival at the start then contact from the mechanic with a more accurate time. Speedy assistance seeing what was needed and then prompt action getting me to a garage.”
