“Just wanted to say thank you to the break down technician who cam to sort out my daughters can on Saturday evening. He was so professional and kind to us, telling us to stay in the car as it was cold (it was 2am!!). He got the car going again pretty quickly. Thanks again.”

“Got ho.e with my new van and the immobiliser kicked it and rendered my van useless. Sanjay phoned on route and asked what the problem was and by the time he arrived, quicker than the estimated time, he already had an idea what was causing the issue. Had me going again in about 10 mins. Nice guy and great service. Wish my company would use Kavanagh all the time, we use Greenflag and nothing but grief but lucky for me they sent Kavanagh to sort me out.”

“Petry 125. Arrived 2 hrs after I reported car not starting. That is my only criticism for time to get to me. Otherwise really clear pleasant communicator. Explained problem, allowed me to price match offered battery replacement . Thank you. Drove home, problem resolved.”

“Last week I had very good and quick service from Troy at Kavanagh Motors via Green Flag when I discovered a puncture in one of my new tyres!! Troy pumped the tyre up and followed me to the garage which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 from me!”

“This is the first time I have used Kavanagh road-side rescue. From the time I requested assistance I received texts advising me how long I could expect to wait and who would be arriving to assist, together with vehicle registration number of the recovery vehicle. After waiting approximately fifteen minutes Technician Chris arrived. The service I received was prompt, friendly, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with the quality of the service I received, and feel this was excellent service and would highly recommend Kavanagh Motor Group for breakdown recovery.”

“Josh GF113 was professional in every aspect of caring for us: efficient, cheerful, got us safely off the motorway, parked up safely for the night and ensured we knew exactly what had been arranged for lifting our motorhome and ourselves to our preferred garage and home on the following morning. Keith who did the actual lift the next morning was equally professional and helpful. They are exemplary professionals.”

“After the battery on our zafira suddenly went flat we were really pleased with the service we received from Kavanagh Rescue. They kept me informed of their arrival status at all times. The engineer was really pleasant and helpful. Fortuately he had a replacement battery on his van and we were soon mobile again. Many thanks, would recommend.”

“Our Toyota hybrid estate fully packed up for our holiday developed a 12volt battery problem which locked the tailgate, unable to start the car. Disaster. Had to wait 2.5 hours for the mechanic to arrive however he was extremely helpful and courtesy. After a check of the lower volt circuits, a booster charge and road test we were soon on our way. Thank you EN61N.”
