“Contacted Green Flag who arranged recovery by Kavanagh recovery services who provided Excellent customer service. Contacted by text immediately with reg no of truck and ETA, assessed within 30 mins by first contact driver who then arranged for further recovery vehicle which arrived on time. Very speedy and efficient service despite closure of A1 causing detour Driver very friendly and cheerful. Thank you. An asset to your company .”

“This is the first time I have used Green flag and the attending engineer Patrol S039 provided and extremely professional service. The engineer explained what the problem was and answered all of my questions. He was extremely polite and courteous.”

“I inadvertently ran my car battery down whilst parked up at Heathrow. The service I received from Kavanagh Motor Group via Green Flag was excellent. They came within the time given and had me up and running 15 minutes after arrival. Their engineer was polite and courteous and knew his job. Thank You!”

“Les from Kavanagh turned up within 25 minutes and sorted out the problem straight away and gave very good advice. He was pleasant and cheerful and I am amazed at the efficient service from the first phone call to the end point with regular communication via messages and phone calls to us throughout. Would highly recommend. Thank you Les.”

“I have just waited for two and a half hours for someone to come and tow my car home after an accident on a major road. Not a happy bunny as just wanted to get home. If it wasn't for your operative Ashley Laker I would have cancelled my membership with Green Flag asap. This is the second time I have had to wait over two hours for assistance and being a female on my own, I do not think this is acceptable.”

“Martin Krotz was an amazing, helpful and very thoughtful man, on our journey home. Martin even pulled over to the nearest services for my wife who wasn't feeling very well. We had a pleasant chat most of the way home. A very professional man in taking control of the situation with my car. Martin promoted Kavanagh Motor Group, a true asset for the company. If Martin comes to rescue you, you will well assured and in very good hands. Thank you Martin and Kacanagh Motor Group.”

“Had driven from North of Scotland 650 miles, parked up, did a job for son, went to put tools back in car and it wouldn't unlock, dead battery. phoned Greenflag and in no time at all Shan KO212 of Kavanagh arrived did all the necessary checks and pronounced the battery dead. He produced a battery, did more checks and we were going again. All the time we waited we were kept informed of the time of arrival which was very assuring. We are home now with no more problems so a big thankyou to Kavanagh and the courteous and very helpful Shan. 10 out of 10 from us.”

“I have had a very good Mechanical Engineer Alex who was prompt and very knowledgeable about the issues that my vehicle had and advised me within 10 minutes what steps to take next to resolve the issue and was very helpful and managed to help me save lots of money and time. Great service well done to the Kavanagh Team”

“I had my catalytic converter stolen and damage to my car - a rubbish way to end the day. Kim from Kavanaghs Motors (on behalf of Green Flag) arrived very quickly, dealt with everything in a professional and friendly way and had me back home within about an hour! Delighted with the service and Kim was such a nice guy, I almost forgot what had happened and it certainly took the sting out of it. Can’t recommend highly enough, when your in trouble, these are the people you want to come to your rescue. Thanks again.”

“Following a car accident involving 3 cars recovery were called by insurance company. Jay called to say how long he would be within 15 mins of call to insurance - text updates came through also Jay was very polite,courteous and genuinely concerned we were all OK Top service at stressful time”

“Flat battery on car. Danny arrived with no battery so took the trouble to drive all the way back to depot to collect one. Two hours later, he returned and fitted and checked new battery in about 10 minutes. Danny was polite, and professional and knowledgeable. Well done, Danny !”
