“An hour after breaking down, my car was on the recovery lorry and on its way to the repair garage. I was so pleased, and the recovery driver, Jay, couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful. Thank you.”

“Mechanic arrived promptly and was extremely helpful and courteous. He followed me to the garage and restarted my vehicle a couple of times on the journey. He explained the problem to the mechanic. It was reassuring to have such prompt help and attention. Thank you very much”
