“The technician arrived earlier than expected, he was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and although he wasn’t able to make a permanent repair he was able to do a temporary repair and also took time to explain that the car was safe to drive home and then to the garage in the morning.”

“We called Green Flag to assist us with two flat tyres and they sent Luis from Kavanagh Motor Group. He arrived within 30 minutes and was the most efficient, helpful and pleasant person. All in all an excellent service.”

“It was Steve GF105 who came to my rescue. It was only a breakdown of my battery, but he dealt with it very quickly and had me on my way. He was also a lot earlier that the office had told me”

“The sevice was excellent with text message updates. ETA by text was 16:42 but Matt (patrol man) arrived @ 16:26. He was very courteous and polite. Managed to start my car in no time at all. Matt was very clean professional. He also ensured that I had a report indicating the symptom and analysis to avoid further issues. Many thanks Matt and Kavanagh group for a superb service. “We had a puncture and had to stop on the side of the A256. Mark KR090 from Kavanagh (via Green Flag) arrived earlier than the estimated time and offered to get us off the main road to change the wheel. We asked if we could be to be taken to a tyre fitter instead and this request was granted without question. The service couldn't have been better!”

“My pickup seemed to go into limp mode twice in as many days so Green Flag sent Petru, who turned up early (!), tried various diagnoses but couldn't find a fault. He made a couple of logical suggestions as to the problem, neither of which could be dealt with there and then. He emphasised that if I broke down on my way to a garage there wouldn't be a problem arranging recovery to the garage through Green Flag. Phone operators were polite and efficient, Petru was very polite and did all he could under the circumstances. All in all very good service.”

“Patrol SO33 Harry. Attended via Greenflag. Couldn’t have done more to try and get me back on the road. Unsuccessfully in the end, but the cars issue not Harry’s. exhausted every possibility. Excellent service and communication”

“We found this service very good ,the mobile mechanic Jon phoned to say how long he would be, let me know his name,and found us straight away in the car park, soon as he turned the key he new straight away what the problem was and sorted it,no fuss just sign my name and we were back on the road,can't ask for more than that”

“Matt KPR192 was excellent from start to finish. He initially called me with an arrival time and called me again when he arrived, as he promised. He worked tirelessly to get my vihicle moving and left me paperwork that helped my garage diagnose the problem.”

“Alex S GF166 Unable to access car and with a flat battery. Alex contacted me and arrived within time he said he would. Managed to gain access and jump start car. Tested battery. Found him to be polite, friendly and knowledgable. Excellent service well done.”
