“We had a problem unlocking our Nissan Micra. Kavanagh firstly tried to offer advice over the phone, which eventually worked. They had suggested a flat battery might be the basic problem & this proved to be correct. Kavanagh then said they would send someone to us, but that this would take some time, as they were very busy. Eventually, it took 5 hours for a mechanic to arrive, but Kavanagh regularly updated us by phone. When Oliver arrived, he immediately proved to be very helpful & informative. He tested the battery, which he said needed to be replaced & he explained why. Fortunately, he had a suitable battery in his van, which he fitted for us. The cost was the same as Halfords would have charged. We were very satisfied with Oliver.”

“Paul K504 was sent to my breakdown problem today, called to let me know how long he was likely to be and was very helpful when he arrived and soon had me back on the road, he even followed me for a couple of miles to make sure my car didn't stop again. Thanks Paul”

“Paul K504 was sent via Green Flag to assist me on Sunday 29 Sept, arrived within quarter of an hour which was well within the estimated time given. He identified and sorted the problem very quickly so I feel I had excellent service. I have been on holiday since the incident so that is why my feedback is late.”

“One of their drivers ran a red light at a busy Battersea junction nearly crushing my wife and five year old son as they crossed on the green pedestrian crossing. I wrote to the owner, a Mr Kieron Kavanagh, who never bothered to reply and his operations manager told me, " he doesn't bother with things like this: I deal with them" rather as if he was the CE of a FTSE company than some car recovery company. I reported the matter to the police who are now looking for surveillance camera coverage. The old adage, ' a fish rots from the head' seems appropriate here. Awful people!”
