Order was placed on the 28th of Feb - Friday and dispatched on the Monday 3rd of March. Unfortunately, due to the Cyclone in QLD the delivery did take longer than expected.

“We bought on line and the process was easy and streamlined,delivery time was amazing,needed to add forgotten latches so rang them and the same efficient response,delivered in 3 days,would highly recommend dealing with Keeler hardware”
“I placed an order online with Keeler Hardware but decided to cancel it just 30 minutes later. I called Keeler and was instructed to email Customer Service with my request. Despite sending the email promptly, my request was ignored for a whole week, and the order was still delivered.
As a result, I had to pay $11 out of pocket to return the goods, and Keeler also deducted 10% of the purchase price. Given that I attempted to cancel the order almost immediately, I find this level of customer service very disappointing. I expected better communication and a fairer resolution.”
