“Service was excellent and ordering process was easy.
The wrong product being delivered wasn't ideal, but the immediate shipping of the replacement was much appreciated.
It did waste some time for us onsite though as we had to send someone back to install the closers another day.
Would definitely order again and I understand mistakes are made. But something to work on nonetheless.

“I stil have not received my order, which was ordered 19/3 as a click and collect. I was travelling from the Shoalhaven to Sydney and mistakenly believed Willoughby would have the items in stock and ready by the afternoon. I then paid a delivery fee to have the order sent to my address. Yesterday I had notice from Aus/Post that it's due tomorrow. I read the notice re waiting for a message before P/U, but Keeler needs to emphasise that (as I was advsed instore) C+C orders may take 4+++ days to reach the store. Overall a shithouse interaction.”
