Your delivery was quick and exactly what I ordered but what I didn't know until I got my new remote was one of my other remotes were needed to program my new remote. As both my old remotes don't work it's costing me $120 to programme my new remote through Toyota with the hope that they can do it but no promises are made. The remote was for a 2006 toyota hatch and cost me around $80.00 in total. Thank you but can you let people know about this small fact infuture please.

Easy to deal with. Prompt and informative responses to queries. Fast delivery. Quality products. (Note that the items we got were backordered so delivery took over 7 days. However, the communicated despatch date was the actual despatch date so no dramas.)

You guys have been great. I can email questions and u will sort it for me. But when i had an issue with a $600 lock binding from the box. I emailed a few times with a video and advice. I didnt get a reply. On the same day i bought another product and u guys were straight back to me. Maybe it was a one off and i got unlucky but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I have other options with bigger joinery shops with better buying power/prices than u guys, but i like the customer service interaction that ive had when a sale is being talked about with u guys.
