Goods have been returned but I haven't received my order yet. Sometimes these things happen. But I'm hoping my order will arrive soon without me having to chase it up.”

“I attempted to order a window stay from Keeler Hardware. There seemed to be a technical glitch on my phone during the processing of the order. I assumed it didn't go through, so processed to try again. Success! Next day I noticed via their tracking system that two orders had been requested. I called Keeler and spoke with Helga. Sadly, Helga informed me that my orders had already been processed. Wow. Helga said "no problem", just return the extra one once you receive....which I did. And the return of funds, procesed as quick if not quicker than the processing of my original two orders LOL. Service, service, service. Rarely do you get such service, understanding and minimum of fuss attitude, especially during these trying times....and my order/s were for only 22.00. I highly recommend and wish the team at Keeler Hardware every success into the future. Love your work !!”

“Replaced the glass pool gate hinges with Metlam 209 Spring Hinge Screw Fix and these fitted perfectly in the existing holes. Tensioning was easy and didn't take long to set and the gate to open and closes from any angle. Highly recommend these Stainless steel hinges.”
