“I'm not sure if I was given the option at any stage to have my delivery left in a safe place (authority to leave). It's frustrating when ecommerce stores set "signature required" by default, resulting in the parcel ending up at the local post office for collection. I would suggest you change your process so that ATL is on by default but customers can override it at checkout if they want. This is how we do it on our ecommerce store and it results in a lot less friction.”
