“Unhappy firstly only three of the handles arrived after a long wait then one of the handles that arrived was incorrect which has now been replaced with inconvenience to me because I was required to drive to my work to print a label or I would be charged for both handles and I'm still waiting for the 4th handle that hasn't turned up and I have paid for very poor”

I went back 2 weeks later to find they were available and so placed an order, which was delivered in 3 business days. Your system should have some ability to let the staff and customer know the items have become available.”
