“Regarding your service, we would like to complain to Tanya. I called your company to inquire when the goods will be delivered. Because it was the first delivery, we had no one in the factory. We just wanted to find out when the goods would be delivered. Your customer service Tanya did not check it clearly and gave random answers to fool the customers. When we further asked for clarification, Tanya thought it was our problem and kept pushing the responsibility to the customers and blaming them.”

“Generally good however I recently purchase a large number of passage latches. The square spindle wasn't long enough for one door so I wnet to the short spindle with the springs attached. These worked fine except the spindle had to be ground down to fit the latch. Why include a spindle that will never fit.”
