“Little disappointed overall, called to get something on hold for same day, drove more than an hour to collect and it was sold on me. then ordered for urgent delivery - took a very long time, was actually broken into and robbed lol. then when the items were ready to pick up I made the big journey again and once I had my locksmith there to install we were told the hardware ordered was incorrect. truely a big waste of time.”

“I bought 6 sliding door bolts all keyed alike, well designed and made and easy to fit at an affordable price with prompt delivery via Australia Post. The good quality screws provided helped make fitting easy. I used strips of masking tape on my black aluminium doors to make marking the position of the screw and bolt holes easier. Only improvement I can think of would be to package each bolt set in a small cardboard box instead of plastic to cut down on non recycleable waste if that is possible.”
