“Terrible service experience. Whilst quality product was eventually received, despite signficant time spent on my end reviewing the proposal document all items on that were not carried across to the order. Leaving us short of items. Also, I was given the wrong advice on some items resulting in me need to place another order (which i did elsewhere becuase i couldn't handle going back through my contact). On multiple occasions I have been distributed the wrong pieces. All in all, I will not shop through Keeler Hardware again!”

“I bought window latches from Keeler Hardware, and I'm glad that I did.
The local retail hardware warehouse store didn't have enough quantity in stock, but Keeler Hardware did, and were considerably cheaper.
The latches came in sealed plastic bags and included screws, rather than the other store's unnecessary hard plastic individual packaging with instructions.
The delivery time was very reasonable, and much more convenient than having to do a pickup from the local store once stock arrived.”
