“The staff are excellent - well informed and very helpful. However your system needs a rethink - we selected door handles and they could not be ordered or reserved for a month. Your system does not allow for this.
I went back 2 weeks later to find they were available and so placed an order, which was delivered in 3 business days. Your system should have some ability to let the staff and customer know the items have become available.”
