Door hardware received was faulty and response to process a return is very slow.
Very disappointing to pay a premium price and receive a defected item as well as unsatisfactory customer service.”

I also sought advice over the phone and the service was fantastic, friendly and helpful and they got to the bottom of what I needed. Much appreciated.”
