I am very happy with my purchase from Heeler Hardware. The delivery tme was a little long but they did arrive. The product was exactly what I was looking for, very happy indeed.

Lack of communication with customers, when I chased up the paid goods I was told on backorder, then no one knew about the order, when I called I was hung up on and chasing goods for over 3 weeks.

Did not receive original order as per website. I complained as was told that product no longer available and sales dept said they would send another type and hoped that would be satisfactory. I received same product.

Disappointed in the service. The items I purchased showed in stock, yet didn't receive them for 3 weeks,was told thatthey had 4 in stock and asked for those to be delivered in the interim, yet still took 3 weeks. Also, items were not exactly as the photos depicted

Having a lot of trouble Ordered something .sent the wrong thing,told me none in stock so ask for a refund Buy the item somewhere else Then told they do have it and have ordered,sent me one It's to late
