“Selling the remaining stock of a discontinued item at a marked down price is great. What's not great is when you keep that item up on your website when that discontinued item is no longer available. You need to update/maintain your website so that customers like me don't end up buying an item only to be told later that it is out of stock. Your company did email to advise and refunded the money promptly, but the overall experience was disappointing. It worked out for the best as Handle House also had a brushed gold handles in the two sizes I wanted and discounted. But their website had a counter showing how many of each size were still in stock. In the end I got a much nicer handle and am very happy. Invest in your website.”

“We visited Keeler Hardware on 10th Jan 2024, it was extremely difficult to get assistance from the staff. When we finally did get someone, after ~5 mins they left us, saying 'I wil be back in a minute, it is close to my finish time' and never returned. Luckily, we were able to get Tony J to serve us who completed our order. Overall, apart from Tony it was not a great experience from a customer viewpoint, will think twice about going there again”

“Took 2 months to recieve products. The hold up was a Brio keeper which is the size of a 50c piece. Could have been sent in the mail. Not good enough. Had to keep putting builders off as I was pronised conflicting dtaes from there custmer team who is overseas. Finally got hold of the store and received some parts wigthing 4 days. The keeper arrived a week later.”
