“Time to process the order, shipping times and communication were good. The only problem was I ordered a door lever, which on the product page had a drop down menu where you could select the privacy option. When the product arrived it was not a privacy lever. When I emailed, I was told I had ordered the wrong version and a there would be a 10% restocking fee plus postage at my expense. The expense would not be worth the return. The product page could be made clearer so customers know what they are ordering. Thank you.”
