“I had to do a simple 2nd lock purcasce for the same lock previouly purchased.
The person that I ordered it from ordered the wrong hand and did not order the screew to fit the 45mm door.
After 10 or so phone call to the rep that doesnt work in store to get this sorted I had to go to a manager to order the rigfht items.
Finally got them and the screws4 weeks to finally get them and still the wrong screws
Dont buy here it will only cause you grief and wasted time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
