The Whitco spiral sash balance was missing the foot plate which it showed in the picture and said w/foot. I fortunately enough to be able to remove and reuse the old ones. Will happily use Keeler hardware again though. Great product.”

Service was good however having trouble with the safe itself. The alarm is too sensitive - just a light bump sets it off! And the default Admin code is incorrect and just sets off the alarm. Will have to research this issue.”
