“Have used Keeler through 3+ renovations in the past with no issues. This time my purchase was minor- a coupe of small but expensive 'crystal- like' knobs. Got them home and attached. Next morning the crystal like knobs were on the floor. There was a very weak glue seminattaching the 'crystal' to the base. I returned the knobs and was refunded no questions asked. The weird thing was I was told that the knobs had been discontinued some time ago. They are still up on display.”
