I bought a pair of gardening shoes which unfortunately did not fit my 'plates of meat' so I had to return them. No problem Keengardener were helful re returns policy and once they reeived the return they mage a prompt refunf.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

I cannot comment on the product I purchased, but I can comment on the efficient delivery and the returns policy which was also straightforward. When I received the greenhouse heater, I found out that my husband had purchased another one (unbeknownst to me!) so had to return the item. Everything went smoothly.
