“Had never used this company before so was a bit dubious when they were considerably cheaper than other online sites for the item I wanted. After reading reviews, I decided to go ahead with my purchase. I ordered on a weekend, so knew the item would not be processed until the Monday. I had not received despatch notification by the Tuesday so again, panic set in. However, I emailed the company, got a very quick response to say that my item would be dispatched soon. Within 3 days it had been delivered as promised and was exactly what I wanted. Great price, very quick reply to an enquiry and delivery first class. Would not hesitate to use again and have also recommended to family and friends. Excellent 👌”

“The Keengardener website was easy to navigate as was the online ordering system. The communication from order confirmation to despatch and invoice provision was excellent. My 2 Blenheim planters arrived very quickly, were well packaged and, on opening, exactly as described. A plus that I purchased them at a discounted price. I am delighted with the items. Based on this, my first shopping experience with The Keengardener, I won't hesitate to purchase from them in the future and I'm more than happy to recommend to friends and family.”

“Wasn't happy with the product as it arrived with missing pole to stabilise the structure and the canvas strips were all torn. I needed this product quite quickly so I ended up fixing it myself to make it work. I would not recommend them.”
