“Don't waste your money with these people. I bought a pendant 17th Jan 2022 and have worn it several times since but i noticed it going really black so I thought ok it just needs a clean. Mind u I have got alot of silver jewellery and pendants so I know how to clean them and I know how they should look after cleaning.
I tried cleaning over and over again and it was just getting blacker and blacker on the back of the pendant mostly.
So I just put it aside until i got the time to message this seller.
Anyway I messaged and told them that I had tried everything to clean it and it was getting darker and darker.
They kept saying that I hadn't cleaned it and that I don't know how to take care of my silver and that's not their fault. I started to feel like they were insulting me and trying to ignore the issue and pass the buck onto me over and over.
If they could guarantee and took pride in quality products and workmanship this just wouldn't be happening. If they were the above, they most certainly wouldn't be putting their issue onto the customer and adamantly blaming them despite the customer saying something isn't right. This in itself is a bad sign and a dead giveaway that they know they are selling extremely flimsy poor quality products.
They accused me of abusing them and said that they aren't going to help me and that they won't be refunding the item.
There was absolutely no abuse at all, I was just telling them not to treat me as a fool and that I knew how to clean silver and that something is wrong with their product.
I paid 80 bucks for this supposed 925 tiny thin flimsy pendant and this issue isn't normal for proper 925 silver as it should polish up nicely, and especially after so many attempts to clean it.
When I first received it I was a little shocked at how thin it was aswell plus the sides aren't rounded like they look on their website they are just kinda sharp flat edges. If I paid less I'd expect such poor quality
My suspicion is that its not 925 silver and there's alot less silver than they are saying plus it's mixed with a super cheap alloy or it's some other cheap metal coated with a really thin layer of 925 hence it's inevitable for it to wear off extremely quickly.
I've attached photos of a larger good quality 925 silver pendant that I've had for 10 years with it to compare. It was cleaned with the same cloth and it is perfect, plus a photo of it to compare its thickness to another pendant I bought for my daughter for half the price..
Kellective by nikkis pendants are astounding thin and flimsy that's just another issue on top of it going weird and black
She also disabled fb reviews so I couldn't leave an honest unpaid review, plus they don't have a Google profile so people are free to review. That in itself is a red flag.
Just save your money and look elsewhere if u want to buy quality products”
“Beautiful necklace received as a xmas present for daughter. Did take anout 6-7 wks to ship during xmas time bc coming from Australia. I sent an email about shipping/tracking information and received an email back right away with the information I requested. I did have an issue with the necklace so I sent another email & Kate Responded right away .. no questions asked she refunded the entire amount, apologized. They are extremely easy to deal with in the gold bar necklace was gorgeous. I would buy from them again in the future 😊”
“Do not waste your time nor money! The end product received was tacky and 2/3 pendants stamped the initials were not the same as the example and stamped horribly. I added the extender on the necklace, which isn’t even the same style or matches. The only way to correct the issue “you'll just need to use pliers to remove and add pendants” potentially ruining the whole necklace or wait another month + sending back and forth to fix. Not to mention the cost to do so is almost the same as the original price, as they want to charge a surcharge fee on top for their poor workmanship. Please do yourself a favour and purchase important custom keepsake pieces elsewhere because this business will leave you disappointed and out of pocket.”
Hi Liana, Nikki here. I'm so sorry you didn't like your chosen font, we only ever want our customers to be happy. I have to say I disagree with your comment on poor workmanship we pride ourselves on creating beautiful pieces and I'm so confident this is a beautiful piece that I'm happy to share the photo of what you received here in a public forum. In regards to the extender, that is correct, the extender is a different chain as the clasp has to be able to fit through each loop to allow the length to be adjustable, this is standard practice. We gave this solution with the pliers as an option as you didn't want to send the necklace back to us to have the pendants swapped out for a change of font choice.
