“The purchase experience was online, and went smoothly. However, I specifically included in the order details for the delivery not to be left at the door (as was $1100 worth of whisky). However, even though I was home at the time, the delivery driver dropped and ran. I would suggest KSC reviews or changes delivery company or delivery process for online orders.”

Good news, I found the missing parcel. It was at my local newsagent (Meadowbank newsagent).
Feedback for improvement: please dont mark the parcel as delivered instead something like mark as “pickup from newsagent required” would be more appropriate. Also good to send this info to the customer as sms text or email so they know what is going on.

“I placed an order for delivery before 1pm and paid for express because I need it before 1pm. it did not arrive until 2pm in that afternoon. Customer service promised a refund for the express delivery but I haven’t received it so far. It has been weeks.”

“I have purchased eleven (11) deliveries from Kent Street Cellars and will continue to spend at least $175 per month, and I find the service very good. However I find Couriers Please very very slow and very expensive. $18 for 3 x Cartons of San Pellegrino is very expensive, that means I am contributing $36 per month to Couriers Please, and and average of 5 days to deliver to Castle Hill is pathetic. I bought an Amplifier from the US and received that in 6 days. Therefore my only complaint is the delivery.”
“I was a little disappointed because the first email I received from you to my Gmail account said there was free shipping for the Nikka pure Malt whiskey and when I processed it and paid for it, the receipt showed $9.99 was added on. I later found out that was shipping costs so instead of $109 it was plus $9.99.”
