“I ordered for delivery as I couldn't get to a bottle shop stocking the vermouth I was after (thanks Covid). The range is great but delivery was challenging (again, thanks Covid) - however the team did their best, were hugely responsive and I would certainly recommend.”
“Delivery is extremely fast and leaves the big guys for dead. Great customer service. We order from Melbourne because Kent St Cellars have great prices and their delivery is faster than local suppliers.”
“Excellent Customer Service , particularly when the product I ordered was not available, I was immediately contacted an offered a refund or an alternative product which was in stock”
“I still haven’t received my order, really disappointed as it was for my sons 18th on the 7th September. I wonder if it will turn up for Christmas! His 18th is so restricted anyway, this made it 10 times worse”
“Firstly you were the only Cellar I could find that stocked my favouriare pinot noir.
Secondly it was easy to order and lastly the order arrived on time and you even kept me informed as to when it would arrive.
Thankyou”
“Kent Street Cellars are excellent. Quick order process and items are dispatched quickly. Well packed and delivery is fast. All products have been top class.”
“The beer was not in stock but you emailed me straight away and let me know which I appreciated. The beers were then sent quickly but I'm still waiting on them! Aus Post is a bit slow so no worries.”
“I ordered a special bottle if whiskey for my best mates 50th. On ordering it says 3-7 business days. Its now 10 business days and I've been told it going to be another 5-7 business days. This is joke. You agree to a contract and pay up and you guys break this . I think you need to revisit your delivery contract. No apologies either. This is a joke. I get pallets if gear from Sydney quicker
What are you going to do about this”
“I've used Kent St Cellars twice for lockdown celebrations and been very impressed. The price of the product was great and delivery was quick, within 2 days both times and accurate (which is rare these days! )”
