“I placed an order for delivery before 1pm and paid for express because I need it before 1pm. it did not arrive until 2pm in that afternoon. Customer service promised a refund for the express delivery but I haven’t received it so far. It has been weeks.”

But only feedback is, and has nothing to do with Kent Street Cellars, but the delivery company did not call mobile or ring my intercom when they attempted delivery. Was home all day as work from home, and driver took the item (11 bottles of wine) to a pick up location. Which was annoying as was raining and a fair walk. Maybe get the driver to call my mobile or ring intercom in future. Thank you. Only marking down to 4 stars for delivery.”
“Poor customer service, Mickey Mouse company. Slow and unclear response times over email. I had paid for same day delivery and asked the driver to leave at my front door. He didn’t leave the wine and then they tried to charge me more freight to redeliver. I got it almost a week later. Would not recommend.”
