“I ordered a relatively expensive bottle of wine as a present for a friend on 12 January. It was collected on 13 January and as of the time of writing (1815 on 24 January) it STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.

“They sent me expired date beer. Supposedly they notify on web if it’s close/out of date but I did not see that.
They approach me no danger to drink Never again.”
“Poor customer service, Mickey Mouse company. Slow and unclear response times over email. I had paid for same day delivery and asked the driver to leave at my front door. He didn’t leave the wine and then they tried to charge me more freight to redeliver. I got it almost a week later. Would not recommend.”

Ordered and paid for on November 24th and have not had any email updates, only an email with this satisfaction survey. Still didn't get my name correct on the Order and have Peter instead of Philip. Hopefully they get the delivery to my address....Tried to update the tracking company site with my mobile number but still defaults to land line which cannot receive texts..”

“I ordered a special bottle if whiskey for my best mates 50th. On ordering it says 3-7 business days. Its now 10 business days and I've been told it going to be another 5-7 business days. This is joke. You agree to a contract and pay up and you guys break this . I think you need to revisit your delivery contract. No apologies either. This is a joke. I get pallets if gear from Sydney quicker

“Beers are expired and I tried calling but cannot get through to speak to anyone to inform them that beers supplied are already expired and the other case of amstel expires in July.”
“Terrible Courier company, my Parcel has not yet been received, and it's been 5 days, due to some the idiot driver damaging my Parcel, obviously now who has to pay for it? If I will have to accept the costs, well it's the last time I will buy from Kent Street Cellars, I would highly recommend not using them, as the Couriers used Couriers Please are useless”
