“Great selection of amazing wines, however my wine was delivered to the wrong address and it turned out to be a huge hassle trying to locate my 'delivered' wine (especially when the sender (Kent St Cellars) marked the delivery to be left in a safe place). Feedback to you guys would be to include a signature on delivery to save the tedious hassle of trying to locate a wrongly delivered package - especially when it's a gift, as it was in my situation.”
“Products are amazing. As always. Prompt delivery. But only feedback is, and has nothing to do with Kent Street Cellars, but the delivery company did not call mobile or ring my intercom when they attempted delivery. Was home all day as work from home, and driver took the item (11 bottles of wine) to a pick up location. Which was annoying as was raining and a fair walk. Maybe get the driver to call my mobile or ring intercom in future. Thank you. Only marking down to 4 stars for delivery.”
“Overall a good experience though Carriers have twice not delivered and obviously not receiving consistent feedback from them as I was the one to have to chase both orders which was disappointing.”
“I ordered for delivery as I couldn't get to a bottle shop stocking the vermouth I was after (thanks Covid). The range is great but delivery was challenging (again, thanks Covid) - however the team did their best, were hugely responsive and I would certainly recommend.”
