I have been contacting the seller for more than two weeks and still have not received the other 6 bottles. I have requested for refund but the seller keeps saying that they are liaising with the courier and refused to provide refund until now. Very disappointing service.”

“I visited Sydney and had a wonderful wine at dinner. I wanted to bring the same wine home with me but was returning to the US I two days. The next day I called several stores but who did not have it and a couple who did. Only Kent Street was able to find a way to get the bottles to my hotel within 24 hours. Very helpful man who managed shipping. He then called back and asked if I needed sleeves to protect the wine in my suitcase; he added them to the order and the wine arrived in plenty of time for me to pack and travel.
