“I was disappointed with the use of Aramax for delivery. They did not adhere to requiring a signature on delivery and left the purchase down in the apartment foyer without making sure that it was going to be received. This is extremely poor when buying expensive spirits.
I have found this to be the case when receiving any packages from Aramax, please look at using a better courier.”

The courier company couriers please is totally unreliable. Firstly the tracking order said expected day of delivery is today 6/1/23. Then all of a sudden on 4/1/23 I received a phone text message said it was arriving that day. My whole family was at home on this day expecting the delivery. No one came. I got a message said the driver came and I was missed. This was impossible. I was waiting for it since I got the text message said it was arriving. There was no card left outside the house either.
I got into the couriers please website to arrange for redelivery on yesterday and also lodged a complaint. Pls follow up on your end and get back to me.
If the whisky had gone missing. I request a refund.
