“the website said 2 business days delivery - i am in Sydney so thought this would be ok. we left on Sunday morning for our holiday without the order arriving. so poor and the courier was hopeless - uncontactable and their website was poor. and the survey below has delivery options of "within 5 days" or "over 7 days" - what happened to 6 days as an option?”
“My son in law has yet to receive the item ordered. Courier company initially said they had picked it up but then said item was not available when they went to collect it. I e mailed Kent street cellars but they are unable to give me a delivery date, they just said it would be soon!!!
Birthday card no use as birthday was last week.”
“I ordered my party drinks on 27th Nov and it said 2-3 business day delivery and it arrived on 7th Dec after I had had the party. Only 15 mins fro CBD..... Not impressed with tracking info either as it didn't work. Been next day delivery previously but even with current situation that is very poor time frame.”
