Not sure if you have a new postal provider, but the last delivery didn't really work for me.
I normally have all deliveries left at my very private front door. I don't recall being prompted for any instructions, but anyway no one was home and it was delivered to a BP service station several KM from home. I had no car.
Anyway, this is definitely not a complaint. Rather I thought it would be useful for you to know.

“I would have given a 5 star if not for the non delivery of my latest order. The order was placed on 19/12/2020. It was meant for Christmas but did not arrive. Miss the new year's eve dateline as well. As at 02/01/2021 it has still not arrived.”

“Hello, I received an update that my order would arrive on Friday, I waited until 7.30pm only to receive another note to say it would now arrive on Saturday. This was disappointing as I thought I had ordered with enough time for my order to arrive for my Friday event. I then had to purchase elsewhere during my event.”
