The only disappointment was the courier service that was utilised by Kent Cellars: the courier left my package of two bottles of vintage champagne (clearly identifiable as alcohol!) in a visible place (ON TOP of my letter box) instead of on my large covered verandah in 30 PLUS DEGREE SUMMER HEAT. Absolutely woeful service from the courier firm and I urge Kent Cellars to change their choice of courier service.”

“I found Kent Street Cellars to be extremely helpful. My email question was answered quickly by a human being. This was great. Website was easy to use. The selection was great. When my sister Brigid phoned Kent Street, she also had a helpful person. My order for my sister did arrive safely.
The only issue is that the Delivery service used , did NOT bother to call my sister's apartment even though the number of the unit was provided. Also her home phone number was provided. She was waiting in the apartment and also following progress of delivery online. Brigid noted that the delivery updated to say that it was delivered: however she had not been called. She hurried to the front door of the apartment building and her wine delivery had been left there. NO CALL was made. That is poor service on the part of the Delivery service.”
