When purchased it was stated it would be delivered on the 29th as I paid the extra for Express Post. When looking at the tracking I see the Post Office was notified of the item almost 24 hours after the purchase was made - NOT a way to get the item there in the shortest amount of time.

The courier company couriers please is totally unreliable. Firstly the tracking order said expected day of delivery is today 6/1/23. Then all of a sudden on 4/1/23 I received a phone text message said it was arriving that day. My whole family was at home on this day expecting the delivery. No one came. I got a message said the driver came and I was missed. This was impossible. I was waiting for it since I got the text message said it was arriving. There was no card left outside the house either.
I got into the couriers please website to arrange for redelivery on yesterday and also lodged a complaint. Pls follow up on your end and get back to me.
If the whisky had gone missing. I request a refund.
