“unfortunately at the moment i cannot write a positive review . i ordered my purchase on 21st December and i can see it was picked up that afternoon by Amarex. In the early hours of 22nd December , the tracking history shows it arrived in their depot..all good so far . however i have heard nothing since from Aramex , despite 2 attempts to contact them by email . I understand it is xmas time and covid impacts , but would be good to hear anything rom them , even if it is an ETA on delivery . To pay $10 with an expectation of 1 or 2 business days for delivery (as per your website) is pretty disappointing”
“I'm a big fan of Kent Street Cellars - everything arrives promptly and the customer service is excellent. I ordered 3 packages on the 16th Dec. All were outsourced to Fastway couriers who are anything but fast. Two were gifts and arrived JUST before Christmas. The parcel to me did not. No-one rang the doorbell and they definitely didn't call. They also didn't leave a calling card despite saying they did. I emailed as soon as i saw the 'we called and you were out' on the tracker. Got a response today (31.12.20) saying they'll get back to me in two days. Ha! I then asked for redelivery - earliest date was also today - 31.12.20 - and I got a confirmation email. It's 3pm and I'm fairly sure it won't arrive. So I went on the website to track and it has nothing - says it's waiting delivery details from me. So I enter a autobot chat and it says the same thing. i reply that I have a confirmation email and it says it will transfer me to a customer service rep. I'm still waiting on the line. I ordered the champagne as gifts for Christmas. At least if they arrived today I could make use of it. If not, they're useless to me. Would suggest you get a new courier company. If they're not here today, can you let me know how I can arrange for them to be delivered back to you and I'll have a refund instead given I've already had to buy replacements from Dan Murphy?”
“You used couriers please and they missed my delivery last thursday, i have tried to reschedule it by sending them 5 emails and calling twice (over 5 days) and i still do not have my wine order.”
