The cardboard box of 6 x 750ml wine was left down the front of the property IN THE SUN, despite my requesting that it be left on the front porch, which is undercover. This is unacceptable. I cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone at Kent St Cellars. Unhappy.”

“I ordered a box of x 6 Lehmann F. Sommier Ariane 72cl glasses. On arrival, one had a flaw in the base. I wrote to Kent Street Cellars with images attached and received a reply from Adam asking what would be a good outcome. I replied saying that a replacement glass would be appropriate. I have tried unsuccessfully to follow up to find out what the outcome of the issue might be, with no further response. Please let me know the status quo. Many thanks
