However, after finalising payment I was later contacted by a representative of Kent Street Cellars to advise that I needed to pay an extra $4 for a card if I wanted my message to be attached to the parcel. What annoyed me is that by the time I received the email and responded, the gift was now going to be a day late. Surely they can fix their website so there are no surprises or unnecessary delays.”
