“The Kentucky Pre-License course at Perry Real Estate College was just what I needed to work quickly but at my own pace to get a Kentucky Real Estate license. As a full time teacher and mother of two, I needed a flexible online course through which I could work at my own pace and at times that were convenient for me. This course was a perfect fit for my needs. Once enrolled, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the course was to navigate, and I really appreciated how quickly my instructor offered feedback and answered my questions. I feel like I am sufficiently prepared to pass the state licensing exam, and am looking forward to working soon as a Real Estate Agent! Perry Real Estate College offers a flexible pathway for anyone looking to enrich their life with a career in Real Estate.”

“The course covered the material pretty well. I dont think there was enough information on Kentucky Law. I studied pretty hard but saw a few things on the PSI exam that was not covered. i also thought the practice test were near as tough as the exam itself. Reguardless, I passed.”

“Perry Real Estate College is without a doubt one of the best for your CE courses. Very user friendly. Courses laid out with voice over readings, popup quizzes & testing. Setup to accomidate at your speed if you also have to work from your computer.. I wont go anywhere else!!!”

“All in all material is good enough to prepare you for final test. I cleared my exam without any further practice. Those slides were more than enough. I saw few errors, few grammatical mistakes, few logical inconsistencies but I was in rush to finish the course so I didn't care to take note of it. But like I said, at the end , it's more than enough to learn about the basics of real estate broker job. I recommend it.”
