“This would have been a five star but due to the customer service I rated it a four. I ordered the product however there was a glitch with the online order and I realised that I purchased the item twice. When I realised I contact the company via Email but the response took too long, by the time they responded I have received the 1st order I even tried to call via WhatsApp message but no reply. I cancelled the second purchase but again the order was still shipped out I spoke with Nina and was told that I wasn’t able to return back the item because I accepted the delivery. I do feel that the time to deal with customers inquiries is too slow as this has now dented my pockets as I just wanted one order placed instead of two. When the parcels did arrive a few of the products arrived leaking and one package arrived broken. Which is such a shame as the packaging is lovely. In one parcel I didn’t even receive the blow dry spray. However in regards to the actual product it is amazing the time to do the service is also amazing the results on afro Caribbean hair is a 10/10 the products smell amazing and I would recommend”

“Didn’t receive my full order. Emailed company with copy of original order and photo of what arrived. Was advised I would have the missing item resent with the caveat that they were so busy to allow up to 14 days to arrive. I sent my email on 9th December so expected item by 23rd. NOTHING!!! No communication, no item and no Christmas present. Shocking service. Quick to take your cash but the opposite when things go wrong!!!”

“I made my first order as a travel set, which I then hoped would become regular orders. Unfortunately the ordered was received incomplete. I then emailed and was advised the remaining part of the order was being despatched straight away. It is now 3 weeks later and I have still not received the order. Very disappointing. The other products that I received were good and made a difference to my hair and styling. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again due to reliability.”

“I have extremely frizzy hair when it's damp and humid. I have only tested Silk coat in damp weather so far and all I can say is its amazing. My hair stays in place no frizz and it feels silky smooth.”

“Initially was a nightmare to order. Had ordered 3 times before but after was requesting trade sign up and proof of qualifications. Was a nightmare to order as I don't always find the website works great. The gloss lamination is a massive service for me with clients so it's needed.”

“Everything is great but what I will say is the argon oil and the new silk leak quite a bit so in postage the bubble wrap is full of the oil and then when I’m working and taken it round it leaks a lot too other than that everything is great”
