“Had no issues at all. I had ordered 4 lamps from kes website. I then seen them at a different price somewhere else. I contacted kes and lauren got back to me and refunded the difference. Exellent service . Lauren kept me updated with my order. The beautiful lamps arrived within 2 days . I had no issues they were very well packaged . I am absolutely delighted with them . Great quality ,stunning. Fast service no problem. I would highly recommend Kes for their professional service”

“Avoid! The lights I received were faulty. This was verified by a qualified electrician. However I was practically called a lier by this company. It took me to chase for over a week to get a refund and I am still out of pocket by £50 that I don't suppose I will ever get back. Two weeks of unnecessary stress!”
