“I recently bought a number Mantra Alisio LED ceiling fans along with a Mantra Zero ceiling light. KES Lighting were very helpful during my initial enquiries and delivery was timely. More importantly, when one of the fans did not function as it should, Shane at KES was on the ball and promptly arranged for a replacement fan to be delivered and the faulty one to be picked up at the same time. How companies react when things go wrong is very important to me, and their no quibble response was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them as a supplier.”

“The showroom had all the necessary safety precautions in place which was very reassuring during the coved crisis. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable regarding the different types of lights required and a we didn’t feel under any pressure to purchase. We bought excellent lights which look fabulous. We would go back again in the future and can also highly recommend to others.”

“The pendant lights I bought from KES are gorgeous and look great in my kitchen. They were easy to install and really good quality. I was informed the lights might take a while as they were coming from Spain but I only had to wait a week.”

“A very efficient and customer friendly service. What I bought was larger than I had envisaged and so J had to return it.
