“Very good service.Initially wall lights out of stock but they arrived promptly when back in.Customer service very helpful throughout including a quick response when one of the glass shades was broken on arrival. Very pleased with purchase.”

“I ordered two light fittings with kes lighting. They arrived quickly and I was sent an e-mail of date/ time of delivery. Upon delivery I inspected the light fitting as requested by the company which was very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the glass rods was broken . I e-mailed kes lighting immediately to inform them of the damage and provided them with a photograph. I recieved a prompt response from Reece knight who ordered a new part from the manufacturer. I was kept updated by Reece knight of when the new part would arrive which was within a week.”

“Very good personal service, reliable delivery, excellent price, (local shop had in stock, but £150 dearer!) the light is exactly what we wanted. Nothing negative to report at all, would definitely use KES Lighting again without hesitation.”

The team were all really helpful when we were choosing our light and even sent us pictures of other installations of the same light in a similar setting so we could see what it looked like. “Best online price with super quick free delivery - 1hr time slot provided. Courier delivery can be tracked. Fantastic range of lights and customer service is 1st class. There are many big well known companies that could do with taking a lesson in customer services from KES Lighting! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely buy from KES Lighting again.”

“The light is as beautiful as the picture if not more. Its very bright and looks a statement piece in my living room. Delivery was propmt and the aftercare email to check all was ok was a bonus! So thank you KES lighting”
