“We had a problem with our original purchase. Sharna sorted it quickly, efficiently and the replacement arrived on time. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and quality of service. A lot of firms could learn a great deal from this approach and attitude. The product was great as well and a family member is buying one as well. Exceptional at every level.”

“We had to wait a long time for our order to arrive because of shipping problems .But it is here now and looking forward to getting our new porch light fitted. I then had to order a light bulb ,it arrived promptly. So far i am very happy with the servive from Kess Lighting. Linda Gray.”

“What fantastic customer service!! In addition to being kept informed on the delivery of our lights, when one arrived with a slight flaw, the KES team had a replacement sorted out within hours of our contact with them. Just superb!! “I recently purchased a very lovely light from Kes. Unfortunately, there were some defects to the glass. KES (Particularly Shane) acted very professionally and organised the replacement items as well as organising courier to collect. What was most impressive is they stayed in touch and got it sorted. Very refreshing. Shane is a credit to the company. KES well done for picking a great team”

“These chandelier lights were just what I wanted. I needed to replace some antique gilded wooden chandeliers as they had seen better days. These chandeliers look so good in their place and I am very happy with them. It is also so useful that they come with the pleated lampshades.”
