“Very fast efficient delivery, beautiful light, very well packaged. My room is not finished yet, so light isn’t up. But I’m sure it will be perfect. Could have got it a little cheaper, but decided to go with Kes, very glad I did.”

“I was very pleased with Kes lighting. Ordering was good, delivery excellent. Not sure Kes took me seriously when I complained about two fixing screws missing. I have tried to get screws of my own but having difficulty getting the right size, they are made to join the lower part of the lamp to the top, so will continue to try and find some to fit. I will be returning the lamp if I have no luck. I do feel Kes have let their side down as the lights were not cheep, hence the mark of 4 stars. PPS. 9th April Could you please inform Kes Lighting I am still unable to fix my light as I can not obtain the correct size screws to join top to bottom and would appreciate their help. Many thanks J R Knights”

“I traveled to the store to see the light that I had seen online. On arrival The store looked closed but fortunately for me it wasn’t and they were having a refurbishment. I had a look round and finally chatted with a lad called Reece who helped me with my order, took payment and arranged for delivery. Fast forward a few days and on opening up the box I noticed a damaged piece. I emailed Reece who then emailed me back to tell me he had spoken with the manufacturer who were sorting out a replacement. Well I received the new replacement a few days later and so I can honestly say this has been a really good experience, for a change, and someone , Reece, has turned an unfortunate delivery mishap into a great outcome. Thanks Reece 👍😬”

“Excellent selection of lights at good prices by comparison to other on-line stores. Delivery took longer than expected but KES were very helpful in chasing order up and keeping me informed. Not tried the lights themselves but they look as expected.”

“Website was easy enough to go through, the price of what we bought was 15% cheaper than the same product on one other site and a massive 29% cheaper than a third site, then all the delivery stuff went well, despite the snow blocking roads everywhere, and the ladies I dealt with first on online chat and then by email were just great and helpful, so am happy to leave a good review. And yep, the lights have to go up yet, but they all look fine in their packing.”

“Very impressed with KES Lighting. This was the first purchase we have made from them. The delivery arrived exactly on time and there was really good communication both in terms of acknowledging the order and then following up post delivery. We could not fault them - and the price was good too!”
