“I bought a light fitting recently from this company, straight from the offset it was clear that this company has a refreshing and personal customer service ethic. When a minor problem with delivery arose (nothing at all to do with KES) they were on to it straight away and were nothing but helpful. I would 100% recommend this company. And top marks to Steve who dealt with the slight issue proffesuonally and efficiently.”

“We called over on the off chance to the KES shop. Despite the fact that they were closed for refurbishment they couldn’t have been more helpful. A young man called Reese couldn’t do enough to help us. We went home and bought 2 lights online from their website. The choice is brilliant and the service is exceptional.”

“Visited the shop in Bedworth and found the staff to be very helpful, informative and patient with helping us to choose the lights we wanted. Lights were purchased and able to bring wall lights home with us as these were in stock, other lights were ordered for home delivery. Delivery was due from the 17th September but they arrived early on the 13th which was an excellent service. Keep up the good work, would definitely recommend KES lighting to others.”
