“Very helpful, product out of stock at time of ordering but we’re very informative and helpful. Product was a gift so at moment can’t comment on specific item. But would definitely order from Kes again”

“The product is fabulous but took quite a while to assemble every strand to the frame. The quality is good and the size perfect for us. We went for warm lighting and it gives off really nice light whether turned up full or dimmed low”

“Very good communication when the order was delayed. Offered a refund and can’t say fairer than that. In the end it arrived faster than I thought. You know a good company by how they deal with problems. This is a good company Cheers”

“Really great, helpful, caring staff. I ordered my first light in October, and the other pair a couple of months later. Due to the COVID pandemic, lockdowns and then Brexit, they weren’t delivered until early February. I wasn’t too concerned, as I was kept informed of the reasons. It was very reassuring, especially as I had never used Kes Lighting before. Special thanks must go to Donna and Shane.”
