“Before I ordered, I needed to know the dimensions of the globes on the light fixture. I received an immediate reply (not an automated reply), to say they would check the measurements the next day when the showroom was open. True to their word, I received them the next day and was able to place my order which I received within a couple of days. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend KES.”

“Lighting came as promised. There was a slight chip on one of the crystals. This could not be noticed once the light was installed. Overall, really pleases with how the lights look and work. Have installed dimmer switches which works well as the light was very bright with an ordinary switch. We are very pleased indeed.”

“KES made a big effort to deliver 1 (of 2) chandeliers directly from the manufacturer in Italy, to my home in Austria. The other chandelier was delivered safely to my daughter´s address in the UK.”

“Chose the light we wanted at a local lighting shop but but searching the Internet found KES to have the same light for £20 cheaper than anywhere else with free delivery. Light was delivered promptly and we love it, very bright and sparkly, great in our fairly dark hallway.”
