“Good selections and found exactly what I wanted aftervtrailsing around retail outlets for about 5 months. Delivery information was very good and delivery within the hour quoted. I like the follow up by email from an individual and not a web generated thing.”

“The Illuminati light I received from KES Lighting was damaged. I have told them that they are free to call anytime to inspect the light for themselves but they don't seem at all interested..................in seeing the damaged light or giving me a discount for selling me damaged goods at full price!”

“Beautiful light fitting, and excellent service. I have phoned before ordering to check few things and they were really helpful. The light arrived next day, and is perfect. I phoned couple of times after that as well as had few questions regarding the length adjustment after the fitting along with some other queries and everything was answered and advice given. Would recommend 100%. Our light looks beautiful, my Electrican said it was great quality and was surprised when I told him it wasn’t as much as he thought it was. All over excellent light and even better customer service.”

“The lights look very good over my worktops from a distance but on close inspection they do not screw together very well and are a little bit out and don't really hang square. I decided to keep them, as I'd already arranged for an electrician to fit them and couldn't be bothered to send them back. so, good but not brilliant.”

“We decided we would really make an effort with lighting design as part of our new house build. We have delivered Designer lighting within budget & using LED technology & all sourced locally, where we could get personal service & review products before we bought, but inspired by their very large internet selection initially. The follow up service was first rate on any minor issues or where we changed our mind. Would highly recommend KES to anyone who wants Designer lights at good value.”
