I order a product that stated it was in stock. I made a payment. The product was not in stock so i sent an email cancelling order. The company did not refund me as promised and to add injury then sent me this link to review my purchase. Oh dear! What an incompetent company. Please refund me! Be aware.

Very disappointed.
Bought a light for just under £500, it got delivered in a battered box, and when opened it was in such a bad state with packaging all broken. Phoned the company and apparently this was a customer return.
Anyway please double check with the company before purchasing that the light is new and not a customer return. Company was happy to take it back and offer a full refund.

Avoid! The lights I received were faulty. This was verified by a qualified electrician. However I was practically called a lier by this company. It took me to chase for over a week to get a refund and I am still out of pocket by £50 that I don't suppose I will ever get back. Two weeks of unnecessary stress!

Advertising a product and then when it had been paid for informing the buyer that it is not available for 12 weeks+ isn't what I would call good practice. To be fair the refund was prompt after a reminder!

Very disappointed with the service. Bought some light fittings that frankly don't work very well, only light up half of the lamp. And they were delayed as the wrong ones were sent. Plus missed the electricians install slot, so it took longer to get them up. Tried to return, but KES insist on a credit note rather than a proper refund as it was over 14 days since they finally sent the right ones out. Poor show.
