“Happy with the product not happy with customer response they did not honour the free postage on the webpage simply excused it as out of date and proceeded to remove it. When I asked if they would honour the offer that I was ordering via, It was a flat no! and for myself to start again. Remember I did not ask for this offer it was advertised by KES Lighting.”

“I was initially disappointed to learn that the lamps were out of stock. However, thanks to Donna who chased up the manufacturer they arrived much sooner than I was expecting. I am absolutely delighted with them, they arrived well packaged and they look amazing. Thanks KES Lighting.”

“We were delighted to receive our pendant lights so quickly. Infact so quickly we had not quite finished the decorating. Nevertheless we were are very pleased with the service and the lights were even better. Keep up the good work!”
