“KES provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions. My order was shipped to Canada. I was not only impressed by how quickly the order arrived (within a week), but their willingness to assist on shipping costs. I am very happy with KES and will do business with them again. “Service was superior from the start with an initial enquiry with Shane. Ordering process was easy and item arrive super speedy and is great quality. Will be ordering something again very soon! One crystal had a small chip, but replacement was so easy and stress free and again arrived very quickly. Thank you”

“KES Lighting were very helpful and informative especially in arranging and making me feel at ease with the delivery to Northern Ireland during these times. There service was very efficient and double checked my order with me before delivery via email. The order was with me within the 14 days that they had mentioned and it was very well packaged. Everything was so secure and safe in their packages. The lights that I had purchased were the Feiss range and they are beautiful the Hand painted crystal decoration matches the decor perfect. I actually bought two in this range and another from another range which the three were for the hall and they have matched perfect. We are very pleased with the service, product and quality. Would highly recommend KES lighting to all my family and friends. Fantastic selection to suit all types of decor.”
