“The experience of shopping at KES lighting was great from start to finish. I used the chat function to enquire about delivery lead times and got a response straight away. The lamps I purchased were extremely competitively priced and were delivered next day in perfect condition. “I bought two lights from KES. The lights themselves are really lovely, and I couldn't fault the service. Before ordering, I emailed a question about the lights on a Sunday evening, obviously not expecting a response until the next day, but my question was answered within an hour. The ordering process was very straightforward, and the lights were delivered within the normal time frame, despite being in the middle of the Covid19 lockdown. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.”
