“They kept me updated with regard to the position of my order. Their couriers contacted me with an hourly time slot and arrived within that time slot. Item was well packed. Kes Lighting also followed up to ensure there were no problems with my purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.”

“I purchased a light fitting from you on 30th Jan but have not received it yet.You took the money then,which was a bit cheeky.It is supposed to be in this week so I cannot rate you till I receive it.”

“Not only do I love my lights and they look fabulous, they were also a lot cheaper than on another website. They were extremely well packaged and so quick with the delivery. Would certainly recommend KES and would buy from them again.”

“I had an issue with a Transformer for a light fitting that failed outside of the warranty period. Anne from KES contacted the light Manufacturer and arranged for a replacement Free of charge. This was done rapidly with good clear communication and the replacement part received within 24 hours.......Great Service”

“The service I received from KES lighting from ordering to receiving goods was excellent. I ordered online Friday evening the goods were delivered Tuesday. I was kept well informed by email about the shipping and time of delivery. The goods were very well packed and arrived safely.”
